It all started with one simple amethyst crystal. I knew immediately that one crystal would change my life. I fell in love with the energy and the complete vibe it provided me. It was from this moment on, my life completely changed. I personally have many success stories with the crystals that I've worked with on my journey. I began my personal crystal journey about 5 years ago and established Bejeweled Crystalz in June of 2020. I began with only an inventory of about 20 pendants at the time. In the beginning I would make small orders here and there. Now orders are being placed daily and Live Shows on Facebook and now Instagram are being shown every 2 weeks with all updated inventory. Over time, my business has evolved, to offer much more selection in all of the crystal healing areas. We are now proud to offer pendants, bracelets, fresh crystals, tumbled crystals, rings, towers, spheres and much more. We even offer custom order's as well. What is your return/exchange policy?
All my pieces come with a New Purchase 2 day warranty no hassle replacement on defective pendants or broken jewelry and a 30 day guarantee on any malfunction of any piece of jewelry. I take full responsibility and back my crystals up. If any item arrives defective, you must send a picture of defective item to my email firstname.lastname@example.org with in 2 calendar days of receiving your item to receive a credit for a future purchase or a replacement of the same item. If a replacement item is required to be mailed then shipping must be paid up front by client. Via. Electronic payment such as, zelle,cash app , or pay pal. If item is in stock, Replacement will be mailed out the next business day USPS once shipping is paid. Tracking number will be provided to ensure safe delivery. If item is not in stock then a credit will be issued in full for the defective item and can be used on a future purchase.
What are the payment options?
I currently accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, fb pay, pay pal. and debit or credit card payments. I also accept Sezzle payment plans. Just select Sezzle at checkout. I do not accept cash payments.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, I sure do. The minimum for purchase is $25. They expire One year after purchase and can not be redeemed for cash/credit. Please contact me directly for gift certificates.
How is shipping done?
I ship any where in the US using The US Postal Service to ship. Shipping is calculated by Weight using Real Time Postage fees to calculate your shipping total. I do offer rush shipping for an additional fee on shipping. Estimated shipping times vary: Standard Shipping is a 3-5 day arrival and Rush Shipping is 2-3 day arrival.
What is the turnaround time from the time I place my order?
From the time you place your order, it will be prepared and mailed out to you with in 2-3 business days, in the order it was received. Exceptions are any Holidays or if you placed your order on a Saturday, it will be prepared and mailed with in 2-5 business days.
